My town

Clouds fuel my creativity, with blazing sunsets, or the quiet of the stars and moon poking through at night. Wide open skies deliver a variety of guises - blue, crisp days; stormy, gray afternoons; always windy, except for a few select days. I'm finding beauty here.

  1. good for you. I still struggle with this sometimes. I miss my California mountains, and the prairie can feel so stark. The wind can be especially unwelcoming some days too. But you're right. The clouds help. The wide open skies have their own glory.

  2. I can echo what Laura said. Sometimes the bleak and the snow is crazy! But then last week there was an amazing sundog and I remembered that only in the coldest of days can a sundog ever be seen.

    I'll have to post it.
